Who we are

What we collect

When you send a booking request — through the search bar, a unit page or WhatsApp — we collect what you give us directly: your name, a contact method (WhatsApp number or email), and your stay details (dates, unit, number of guests, and any comment you add).

Like most websites, we also use analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) to see how visitors use this site — pages viewed, general location, device type; we don't use them to identify you personally.

You can decline analytics cookies in the consent bar; declining disables them.

How we use it

We use your booking request only to act on it: checking availability, answering questions, and confirming your stay — by WhatsApp or through our CRM system. We don't use it for anything else.

Sharing

Your booking details are stored in our CRM system and seen by The Umalas Signature's booking team. We do not sell your data, and we don't share it with third parties beyond what's needed to run your booking.

Retention & contact

We keep booking records for as long as needed to manage your stay and for basic accounting afterwards. If you'd like to know what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, email sales@theumalas.com or message us on WhatsApp and we'll take care of it.
