What is the minimum term?
One month. Longer stays get better rates — ask us for a quote.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, a refundable one-month deposit, returned at check-out after inspection.
Are utilities and internet included?
Water and 300 Mbps fibre are included in the monthly rate. Electricity is metered separately and paid by actual consumption — we show you the meter at check-in.
How often is housekeeping?
Weekly, with linen and towel change. Extra cleans can be booked anytime.
Can I extend my stay?
Yes, subject to availability — tell us a week ahead and we'll keep your residence.
